Minnesota House Rep. Kent Eken, a DFLer from Twin Valley, reacting to redistricting in Minnesota that was announced last week, is charting a new legislative course.“While I expected some boundary changes, I did not anticipate being paired in a new House district with my good friend, State Representative Paul Marquart of Dilworth,” Eken said in a statement. “Since the new Senate District 4 will have no incumbent (Senator Keith Langseth is retiring), I have decided to seek this Senate seat in the next election.”
